Denver, Colorado Spec Fire Hydrants

This is an example of a fire hydrant that is/was standard in Denver, Colorado. This common design has been employed elsewhere and is very similar to a design by Columbian Iron Works. It is currently unclear as to whether or not Denver still has a standard for the fire hydrants put into service.
