The Multiplex Mfg. Co., offered the Crispin hydrant in 1932. Thus far none of these hydrants has been photographed still in service. It is therefore believed that these hydrants were made for only a brief period. An advertisement for this hydrant appeared in American City magazine in 1932, which has been scanned in two parts.
